Q: How long are the terms of your PP lease?

A:  Lease agreements are 12 months unless an alternative agreement in writing has been reached between the tenant and landlord.

Q:  Do I need a Guarantor to sign my lease?  

A:  Yes, if you are a student, a Guarantor (your parent or guardian) must sign the lease. 

Q: Does everyone in the rental unit have to sign the lease?

A:  Yes.  All adults living in the house must sign a lease.  Responsibility for the house and furnishings are shared and divided equally among all people paying rent. 

Q: What type of security deposit do I owe?

A:  Your security deposit is equal to one month's rent.  The security deposit is due before the lease begins and will be applied towards your final month of rent.

Q:  What is included in my rent?  

A:  Your rent includes your private bedroom unit, shared common areas, furnished main floor, laundry facilities and utilities.  Wifi and parking are included.  You may click here to view details.
